Hur kan vi hjälpa dig med ditt event?

Vad ingår i projektledningen av ett evenemang: 

• Sourcing: hitta bästa val av leverantörer samt föra dialog och förhandlingar med olika leverantörer. Välja ut och presentera bästa alternativen för dig.

• Planering: upprättande av event program, dialog och koordinering med kund såväl som samtliga leverantörer, förhandling och kontraktering, budget samt skapandet av körschema

• Genomförande: projektledning på plats, att säkerställa att alla delar i programmet levereras enligt avtal, leverans enligt upprättat körschema, kvalitetssäkrar eventet samt logistikhantering på plats.

• Uppföljning: säkerställa kostnader och fakturering enligt avtal. Utvärdering och uppföljning av samtliga evenemang och leverantörs avtal.
